Do you do refunds?
YES. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase for any reason at all, you can return it to us for a full refund up to 365 days after purchase. Email email@example.com and we will sort you out.
Please note: Refunds will not be given for shipping price and return costs to Australia are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds for Afterpay will include a 6% processing fee, deducted from your refund.
Refunds will not be given for general wear and tear. If there is faults with your product, we will accept it back within 30 days of when you received it and either organize a replacement or refund for you.
Do you do exchanges?
Unfortunately we currently do not provide exchanges. However, if you do have any issues with your item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll take care of it, mama.
