Having a baby is such an exciting time! Until you remember you still haven’t packed the baby bag. That’s why we’ve compiled a baby bag checklist of all the essentials to bring with you into the hospital.   Baby Bag   6-8 Onesies – Depending on how long you’ll stay in hospital, which is usually 3-4 days, we recommend packing about 6-8 onesies. Coping with Engorgement Post-Birth

No one prepared me for that second day after giving birth when my boobs basically became hard rocks and my nipples swelled to the point my baby couldn’t even fit it in her mouth and take any milk. I was just like “Is this really how breastfeeding is supposed to be? My boobs are going to be like this for 6 months!!” In fact, no one at the hospital even said anything about it, or my mum. Even my mum just said it was supposed to be painful, but I couldn’t even fit my nipple in her mouth let alone get her to latch on.
